The Versatile Tank Company is a leading-edge manufacturer of seamless concrete rectangular storage systems. Since its formation in 1992, the company and company directors have been involved directly in manufacturing in various stages. What was once known as R.P. Building and Bin Services Pty Ltd the company held long term contracts  with Brambles Cleanaway for 9 years,  a visionary name change was then voted upon in  2007 to fit the description of the products now manufacturing and producing, The Versatile Tank Company has now grown to become an innovative and dynamic manufacturer of very versatile concrete structural rectangular and square vaults.

Engineers, Architects and consultants Australia wide use our specific engineered plans and designs in all house drawings, plans, commercial building submissions and industrial applications. Local Councils are more confident of approving our systems for underground use as they are structurally designed and engineered for that very purpose.

The Versatile Tank Company’s main manufacturing base is at Port Macquarie NSW near Newcastle. This site was chosen due to the ideal central location for transport between Melbourne Vic , Sydney NSW and Qld. Our tanks, fire shelters, magazines and sump units are mainly distributed in these areas via road transport, however we are working closely with National Rail and various shipping companies to assist in transporting our units even further afield.

Research and Development

In recent months, a substantial research and development programme has been the key to success, ensuring that new and existing products are continually developed to meet the needs of the water shortage we now face in the fields of agriculture, recycling, domestic market and commercial market and manufacturing. The Versatile Tank Company continues to lead the way in seamless concrete mould innovation and technology with new products and technology continually under development.

• Square 11700 litre - dimensions 2.4m x 2.4m x 2.4m
• Square 6700 litre – dimensions 2.1m high x 2.0m wide x 1.8m wide
• Magazine Explosive storage units 11sqm floor space or 30sqm of storage space
• Underground exchanges door placed in lid. Structurally Engineered to bury
• Concrete temperature controlled site sheds. Fully vandal proof. Doors placed in walls, jambs and doors made of steel. Large or small.
• Small and large tanks are designed to be semi buried, fully buried or placed independently above ground.
