50 mpa high slump low water ratio concrete is used.

Structural steel (500mpa) is welded into a cage all to AS1554.3 welding of reinforcing steel standards and suspended in between the inner and outer mould.

We use a mechanical vibration high frequency method to produce units that have an internal and external glass like finish.

The units have no air entrapments hole in the tank ensuring it is waterproof.
