Versatile Tanks produces unique structural concrete rectangular or square seamless designs that has the versatility to meet clients needs for example -

The site requires a 400mm dia sleeve placed in the lid of the tank, this is cast in before tank poured.
The client is wanting to link the tanks together for more water catchment - we cast in sleeves at the base of the tanks to connect the tanks together.

Every unit we produce strictly follows the engineer’s plans and designs and structural modifications are run past our CPE engineer.
Engineers plans are available upon request to incorporate into your designs. A 50 mpa high slump high stregth low water ratio concrete is used. Structural steel (500mpa) is welded into a cage all to AS1554.3 welding of reinforcing steel standards and suspended in between the inner and outer mould.
We use a mechanical vibration high frequency method to produce units that have an internal and external glass like finish. The units have no air entrapments hole in the tank ensuring it is watertight.
Generally  50mpa concrete is considered a high strength concrete which gives you a water tight concrete seal.
