• • All our domestic concrete tanks/water tanks strictly follow the engineers plans and designs.
  • Only structural steel 500mpa is used and welded together to form an independent cage, this process never alters. The steel is fully and evenly covered by concrete ensuring no steel exposed .
  • Every unit produced has no joins in the walls, only the lid is poured separately and mounted on the unit using butyl mastic and steel structural rods.
  • All plumbing fittings can be cast into the tanks prior to pouring to ensure a secure tight fit. This prevents any possibility of leaks and is easy for the plumber.
  • The tanks all come with a 600x600 access man hole which can be located anywhere in the lid.
  • 300mm and 200mm riser are available if required.
  • The tanks are all made in our factory using 50mpa high slump low water ratio concrete design. This concrete is then mechanically vibrated into our reusable steel structural seamless mould. The final product produced comes out with an internal and external glass like finish with no air entrapment in the walls  of the concrete unit. This gives you the guarantee (along with our regular leak tests done by an independent laboratory) of a water proof unit.
