Versatile Tanks offer a unique service to potential companies who may require repetitive concrete products for their market place or specific job. We can engineer a reusable steel mould that will manufacture your concrete products fast. 

Our modular tanks can be modified to suit site applications for example

• tank height can be adjusted if an OSD tank is required for the site in cubic meters.
• tanks can be interlinked using plumbing sleeves if OSD tanks are required for larger cubic meters catchment
• tank lids can be increased in thicknes and strutcural construction  to accomodate heavier loads.
• Access holes in lids can be round or square standrd access hatch we place into the tank is 600x600
• We can install galvanised or stainless steel mesh of varous sizes into the tanks for commercial filtration of stormwater.
• Doors or door cavities can be cast into the walls or lids of tanks for uses such as concrete security shelters - ideal vandal proof storage

We constantly conduct independent quality assured tests such as leak tests, snap tests, structural.

All our units contain high strength 50mpa high slump low water ratio concrete mechanically vibrated to produce a glass like internal and external finished product making them waterproof. No air entrapment in the concrete units.

Doors whether they are blast doors or security doors are manufactured and welded to Australian standards.

Locks installed can be as per required standards ie AS2187 or supplied by client for us to install.

All units can be painted before departure. We have professional spray equipment for this application.

Structural RL818 reo is welded together into a cage along with N12 and N20 bars for robust strength in the unit.

The larger units all have internal ribs in the walls with structural steel, this gives the client the option to place earth against the walls safely without having to have internal mass supporting the inside walls.

Currently we have 3 sizes units:

- 4400mm long x 2400mm wide x 2600mm high weigh 12 ton

- 2400mm x 2400mm x 2400mm weighing 9 ton

- 1800mm wide x 2100mm high x 2100mm high weighing 4 ton
