water gas exchange systems, OSD tanks, retention tanks ,  blackwater and waste water disposal and storm water applications to all sectors of the construction industry. 

Versatile Tanks main manufacturing base is in New South Wales. We are heavily involved in the Research and Development programs directed at concrete and structural designed reusable engineered steel moulds. Versatile Tanks produces all

 concrete products using HSC 50mpa concrete, using a high frequency vibration method, low water ratio, high slump enabling our concrete finishes to look and feel like glass inside and outside. This method of manufacturing has opened many

optional avenues  for usage of our larger 4400mm long  x 2600mm high, x 2400mm wide and medium 2400mm x 2400mm x 2400mm units such as security units, storm water, black water, grey water, earth retaining structures, magazines for

explosive storage.

• Tanks are poured and vibrated in our factory into a seamless mould before the application of a bio friendly oil - no leaching of unhealthy chemicals into the water

• 50 mpa concrete used also refered to as HDC (or high density concrete) in 28 days cured to 72mpa
• Structural Australian steel used 500mpa mesh RL818 and N12 and N20 deformed bars
• No cold joins in walls or floor of tanks. No opportunity for cracks as it is all one design one pour.
• Lids of tanks come standrd 5kpa various lid configerations for heavier loads are available.
• tanks are certified earth retaining strucutres as well as water tanks.
•  600x600 access man hole in lids of tanks, larger holes can be placed in lid of tak if required
• detention steps can be placed internally into tanks
• cast iron heavy duty gas sealed  lids can b cast into tank lids  class B or class D
• 300mm riser both light duty and heavy duty are available
• PVC sleeves can be cast into the tank to suit all site applications
• Tanks come standrd with marine grade class B checker plate child proof  600x600 access hatch
