Just a little update about our product

Our  6700 litre Versatile Tank is basically a cube. 

It is also manufactured in a seamless vibrated mold in our factory, using 40 mpa concrete, welded suspended cage of steel reo and deformed bars , so it's fully waterproof and structurally designed for the purpose of supporting weight over the tank  vertically and horizontally .

These  tanks are structurally designed to be placed fully underground with a maximum of  200mm dirt over the lid. Other various choices such as building over the top of the tank, use the lid as a slab for your carport or place your driveway over the top of the tank.

The tanks have an overhead load rating of  3 ton,(3kpa). Risers are available if you should require an accessible  inspection lid once you bury them. The tanks are 2.1m high x 1.8m  wide x 2m long. (4 ton) Our tanks are designed to be interlinked side by side or end to end  should you want larger capacity. Plumbing facilities built into the tank, upon order you can have them where you wish.

Our tanks comply with all the applicable and relevant Australian Standards. They are transportable by truck..

Every tank has 4 x 5 ton swift lift lugs on the long side of the tank for easy safe crane lifting into the prepared hole.

Tanks are Engineered, certified and supplied with  recommended installation guidelines . 

Our products are new to the market,  and have the benefit of being very versatile.

The way we have designed and   built the mold enables us to change them to wine cellars and indestructible site sheds, underground bunkers,and  bunding sheds.

If security is of paramount importance then the Versatile concrete shed may be the answer. You need to bury the unit, we have the answer. Every unit we manufacture is engineered and seamless in design. 

They come in 2 sizes 2.6 x 2.4 x 4.4m long (22500 litre) or 1.8 x 2.1 x2.0m.(6700 litre) (Very soon 12000 litre tank) The Versatile Units can have external timber personnel door as standard; this can be upgraded for a nominal extra charge to a 1.5 – through to 10mm steel door. Doors can be placed wherever you decide. The metal  door jambs are secured into the 500mpa steel reo cage and the whole unit poured as one. A Versatile Tank precast workshop is virtually maintenance free it is also , fire proof, will keep contents cool, heavy enough to withstand sever winds and very secure. The walls of our sheds are 75mm thick concrete with reo mesh in the walls and 10 internal ribbed columns built in the walls every 1100mm (ribs 150 x200 thick) This is the structural support. The units are built in a seamless mold in our factory using 40mpa vibrated concrete and polypropelyne fibres. The site shed/workshop is fully waterproof.  Unlike metal clad buildings, there is little or no risk of condensation forming that could damage your tools.

Each unit has swift lift facilities built into the walls for easy lifting. Our small unit weighs 4 ton and the larger unit 12 ton. The Versatile Site Sheds are relocatable, transportable and will last a lifetime as they are hardy and durable.

Size of unit   2.4W x 2.7H x 4.4M  Long, or 1.8W x 2.0Wx2.1L both fully comply to AS2187  with current engineers certification.

Our Concrete magazines  are:

Extremely durable and robust as they are made with 50 mpa vibrated concrete , fully sealed.

They are relocatable if need be and have the specified approved 4 x 5ton swift lift lugs on either side of  unit

• Our units are fully designed for explosive housing and ideal as they are temperature controlled due to the concrete construction.
• As our units are manufactured in a seamless steel mold in our factory many modifications can be made to suit your needs.
• Walls of the magazine are 75mm thick, floor and ceiling 100mm and walls contain 6 structural 200 x 150 ribs. Entire unit is manufactured with 500mpa RL818 steel and N20 Bars in the ribs.
• This gives the unit strength should you wish to partially of fully bury the unit , this will enable the magazine to have an even better temperature  controlled environment..
• Units do have a structural overhead load rating of 5kpa.
• Magazines are fully waterproof  treated   with an agent
• Seamless in design so there is no joins in the concrete as they are made in a mold in our factory no opportunity for any expansion cracks as there is no joins.
• Fully ventilated as per the standards (vent can be raised should unit require dirt on lid)
• Doors made to AS2187 can be made up to 1500 wide for pallet access in larger unit.
• Large magazine weighs 12 ton, and smaller unit 4 ton.
• Signage is included in price.
• Doors are sealed and painted with marine grade white paint.

The design has been involved with a  structural and civil engineer and qualified boiler maker in conjunction with experienced concreters.

Water tanks

Manufacturers of concrete water tanks, designed to be buried underground, engineered to build over. Rectangular in shape. 22500 litre capacity.

Our 22500 litre Versatile Tank is rectangular and modular.

Our concrete tanks are  manufactured in a seamless vibrated mold in our factory, using 50 mpa concrete,and a welded suspended cage of steel RL818 reo and deformed bars , fully waterproof and structurally designed for the purpose of supporting weight over the tank  vertically and horizontally hence why our tanks have huge ribbing (150 x200) systems in the internal walls of the tank.

These tanks are structurally designed to be placed fully or partially underground with a maximum of  300mm dirt over the lid. Other various choices such as building over the top of the tank, use the lid as a slab for your carport or place your driveway over the top of the tank , use the tank as a retaining wall these are all options to consider . 

The tanks have an overhead load rating of 5 ton, light trafficable. We also have a 200mm or 300mm riser available if you should require an accessible inspection lid once you bury them. The tanks are 2.6m x 2.4m x 4.4m long. (12 ton) Our tanks are designed to be interlinked side by side or end to end should you want larger capacity. Plumbing facilities built into the tank, upon order you can have them where you wish.

Our tanks comply with all the relevant Australian Standards. They are transportable by truck.
